Refund and Return Policy

Allied Industrial Usa aims to ensure that your shopping experience is nothing but excellent. In case any product fails to meet your expectations, we are always ready to offer solutions.

Return Policy

To qualify for a return, the item(s) must be in unused, unassembled condition and returned in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used items, including those that have been installed or assembled.
  • Items requested outside of the 30-day return period.

Please note the following information regarding the return process:

  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee, with the exception being if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product.
  • Approved returns must be returned within 30 days of receiving approval.
  • Your return must be properly packaged in the original outer & inner packaging to help reduce damage and include all original parts, manuals, pieces, packing slips, etc.
  • After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your refund will be issued. The processing time for the refund will depend on the payment option used for the order.
  • Any items returned outside of this process or 30-day period are not eligible for a refund.
  • Any items returned on your own are not eligible for a refund.

Products not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Modified products
  • Products not in resalable condition
  • Products without an Order Number
  • Products not in the original box with original packaging

Exchange Options

  • If you need the product right away, you can purchase a replacement on a new order to get it shipped out as soon as possible. Then return the original item, and we'll refund you for the original once we receive it back to our warehouse in "Like New" condition.
  • If you can wait a little longer, return the original item, and once we've received it back to our warehouse in "Like New" condition, we'll refund you for that purchase. Then, have you purchase the replacement on a new order, and we'll ship the replacement as soon as possible.

 

Order Cancellations and Buyer's Remorse

We understand that circumstances or feelings may change, and you may need to cancel an order. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. In case the item has not yet been shipped, we will cancel your order and issue a refund. However, if the item has already been shipped, our return policy will apply.

Damages or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
